Milltek’s range of systems are perfectly suited to cater for anyone looking to improve their sound and aesthetics, designed as a direct replacement for the original system. Available in multiple configurations enabling the owner to choose the increase in volume of their exhaust and/or add a more suitably aggressive tone.
From late 2018, many vehicles have been manufactured with a Gasoline/Otto Particulate Filter to further reduce the emissions from the vehicle. The Milltek Sport Particulate Filter-Back range is designed to compensate for the sound reducing qualities from the particulate filter and significantly improve the sound aesthetic of the exhaust system
All products are made from 304L “Aircraft” Grade stainless steel. This quality material will ensure that your system will last through any harsh conditions and is less susceptible to discolouration.
Mandrel bending ensures constant radius bends for optimised gasflow, and bore diameters are carefully enlarged over stock to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque. All of the Milltek exhaust systems endure a comprehensive acoustic development process to deliver a tone that is sporty and crisp, without ever inducing NVH, drone or cabin resonance.
